I can’t work out how to do this

Wordpress is unintuitive as hell - how do you get to the HTML that underlies the template, eh? Bloody irritating - I'm sure you could do it on older versions... Means I'm stuck with a default template and it looks like shit. And why the hell doesn't the "Import from Blogger" thing work? Grrr...
